Create a Custom Product inventory Backorder View / Report in Odoo
Learn how to create custom views in Odoo
Odoo has a powerful framework that allows you to create custom views that can provide you better information for your organization or clients. In this course we see how to create a view that solves a real-world problem. In Odoo there are no built in reports that allow you to see in a glance what products are on back order. Instead you only see the individual back orders and would have to click into each back order to see which products are on back order for your company.
Using this course we will walk through step-by-step how to create a custom view in Odoo that will let you report which products are on back order. Even better, you can use this custom view to export data into Excel for further processing. Also, once you learn how to make this custom view you will be able to apply what you have learned to any Odoo application.
